The owner’s family was friendly, kind and very helpful. They were very cordial and friendly, the breakfast was amazing and this is a unique property, worth staying for. Each room is different, thematically and very well thought out.

Rhapsody in View offers an unusually great hospitality experience: the owners and their family members are on the premises and enthusiastically welcome and assist guests. They make a great breakfast and are terrific conversationalists. Our room was exceptionally spacious, spotless, and attractively furnished. The second-floor rooms have a great view of Morro Rock. and the hotel is a very convenient location for touring up and down the coast. We will absolutely be back!

The location is wonderful with the view of the ocean and easy access from the highway. It is immaculate and beautifully built. The breakfast was delicious. But the very best of all is the staff the owners they are lovely caring people. We are recommending this place to all our friends and family.

Das Hotel war wunderbar, das Zimmer sehr gross und luxuriös ausgestattet. Das Personal (Familienbetrieb) war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück ausgezeichnet! Obwohl das Hotel direkt am Highway 1 liegt war es in der Nacht ruhig und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen

We had a wonderful stay at Rhapsody Inn in Morro Bay. It’s one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. The breakfast was fantastic, and the owners were warm, welcoming, and made us feel right at home.

My husband and I spend a weekend at this lovely boutique hotel. It’s close to the highway but noise was minimal. The rooms are clean, updated and well-appointed. We had a nice view from our room of the Pacific, the Morro Bay rock and a beautiful sunset. We enjoyed the custom breakfast they offered. We had an absolutely wonderful stay.

This is a family owned business and all of them are incredibly helpful and very warm and inviting. The rooms were wonderful and the breakfast was superb literally made to order. I also like the fact that it was just outside Morro Bay proper, which means it was extremely quiet and you’re literally only two minutes away from the center of town.

The best hotel stay I’ve ever had. Beautiful spacious room with an incredible view. A wonderful breakfast made to order by the lovely family that owns the place. Can walk right out onto Sand Dollar Beach and just a couple minutes drive from everything fun in Morro.
Perfect for a romantic weekend getaway to completely unwind.

My husband and kids stood at this hotel and they were very pleased with this hotel. The hotel is new and had a unique decor. But what tops everything off is the hospitality they recieved by the owners and staff. My family had to leave early and they even packed food to go for my family. We wish them great success and would highly recommend this place.

I can't say enough about how much my family loved this family-run hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. It is in a great location for getting around the Morro Bay/SLO area. We can't wait to go back.

Wonderful independent, family-run hotel, conveniently located in Morro Bay. We walked to the beach and dinner.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was huge and very nicely decorated. The bathroom was amazing. What made the biggest difference is the friendliness of the owners. They prepared a delicious breakfast and the blue berry muffin was the best I ever had. They even gave me ideas of what else I could do in the area.
The reason for 4 instead of 5 star was that the hotel is closed to CA route 1 and I am not used to car noise at night
Otherwise I highly recommend the place. Yes you can see the Morro Bay Rock from your room!
