"We had a lovely stay at this property which was conveniently located relatively close to the ski slopes and had all the amenities we needed. While there was a language barrier we managed to break it with the help of translation apps on the phone and the communication and flexibility of the host were great. The only surprise was that we had to pay extra for gas/electric and sheets and this was not clear on the description. The host did let us know once we booked which was great and we were fine...

"Very disappointed. Booked as a stay over from a trip back from Italy. Alarm bells should have started ringing when they charged us 7 a person for a sheet and a towel. Entered the property and thereâs a distinct smell of cat urine. Got a message in the morning saying the house must be spotless and to make the beds. This is when I realised that we had been sleeping in dirty duvets and pillow covers. They also wanted us to place the wet used towels in the bottom of a wardrobe which had the previous...
