"The room was very spacious and new. The location is fantastic if you are driving. Close to many amenities like convenient shops and restaurants (within 15 mins drive or less). Free laundry near lobby area. However, parking is limited on property."

"Lovely hotel in Furano with spacious rooms, beautiful decor, ample parking and delicious on site restaurant. Conveniently located near the highways and main shopping area. Bonus points for the comfortable Pjs and complimentary wine tasting in the lobby too! Would definitely stay here again!"

"It was amazing. Room was big enough to store 2 luggages. Toilet clean and smell good. Only thing is the parking: first come first serve basis. If you’re late, you might not be able to get a parking and had to park further up which imo its far. "

"Cosy home in a serene location. Felt isolated and peaceful. Easy to find via GPS. Very clean. Would have preferred if some basic condiments (salt, sugar, oil etc) and tea & coffee provided too as otherwise travellers need to buy these just for the short stay. Bathroom was tricky as can't shower without clothes getting wet. Responsive communication. "

"Accomodation was comfortable for family of 3 (including my infant). Host was friendly and accommodating to our requests. Dining options were pretty good too, we had our dinner at a shabu shabu restaurant 1-2 mins walk away from the apartment and lots of other options around the area if you drive. Overall we had a comfortable 2 nights here :)"

"Overall this our stay at this property was poor considering how much we paid per night. The laundry room was very cluttered and dirty with dead bugs everywhere. The dryer not working and there was no space to hang any of our clothes to dry. One night we had an awful sleep because of noisy guests beside us, who had a party until about 2-3am (despite the very clear quiet hours / no party rules). My husband and I had to manage these guest and the party on our own in the middle of the night. When we notified the owner/property manager, it took over a month to get back to us with communication that the owner disapproved of any kind of refund or compensation for this experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone or book again in the future. "

"The Chalet was informal and very welcoming. The staff is amazing and helped us every day with dinner reservations. The onsen on site was terrific, and the breakfast was delicious. We will return!"

"Amazing hotel with a huge onsen! The breakfast buffet was very large and the dinners that we ordered at the cafe were delicious and convenient. The massage chairs were the cherry on top!"
