“We enjoyed our stay very much. The view is beautiful, it’s very quiet (I think we lucked out because there are two homes quite close). The home is nice and clean - very comfortable bed, plenty of towels (for beach too). Very spacious, nice shower. The negatives were - it’s quite a drive to get to Georgetown (45 min drive at least), there are several steps to get in the front door and several to get down to the beach, the kitchen could use some additional items as cooking is required as there……

“The stay was a 4/5. There were a couple bugs found in the kitchen after a couple of days of stay. The amenities were well-shower was nice but pressure and hot water are not the best. The staff on property is very accommodating and helpful, quick to respond which was appreciated. Location is far walking distance from shops and dining unless you rent a car and taxis aren't cheap. However if you are wanting a quiet stay this is the place. Beach is literally outside back door and there is plenty of……

The home is equipped with all the finest amenities from quality bedding and towels to top of the line electronics and sound system. The location of the home is ideal for using the onsite jet skis or kayaks to access beautiful beaches and sandbars. There is also a dock if you rent a boat or like to fish. “We can’t say enough amazing things about our stay! Jack sent us so many lists of things to do before our trip! He was always very quick to answer and respond to any questions or concerns we had. Kay was there to great us and show us around. We used the dock, patio, kayaks daily. We cooked all of our meals with the exception of 2 meals. Kitchen is well stocked. The cottage was perfect for us grandparents and the rest of our family enjoyed the main house. Off the dock… we saw sea turtles,……

“We had a short layover on Exuma before flying home and this house was perfect for us! We had great beach walks, grilled, the grocery was super close as was the airport. The only feed back I would give is that the back door handle needs maintenance, the owner was very communicative about it and sent someone over to look at it. The breeze was wonderful, but the water was rough for swimming. Overall we had a great stay.”
