「Ideally placed in the centre of Knaresborough, we were welcomed warmly. The room was lovely with a generous bathroom attached. Plenty of teabags, coffee and hot chocolate sachets and fresh milk was kept in a small fridge. The chocolate was a nice touch alongside the complementary biscuits. It was very quiet and the breakfast was delicious. We will certainly visit again. 」

「Easy access from A1(M) and convenient for Harrogate and York. Our one night visit introduced us to a historic home, beautifully restored by the current owners. All the staff were exceptional; the house has interesting rooms, clean and beautifully decorated. Already looking forward to a return visit. Highly recommend!」

「Comfortable stay in all. Room and amenities exceeded expectations. Note for those wanting to park, the car park is small. It’s understandable that this fills up, fortunately the convention centre opposite has affordable parking. Will stay again when visiting friends and family in Harrogate. 」

「Great location and staff are helpful and friendly. Room facilities were good. Comfy bed. Lovely cocktails from the bar. Good tea tray with quality products. Parking is very convenient right outside and reasonably priced. The bathroom really needs a shower enclosure as the bath was tricky to step into and the rubber mat is straight from the 70s! The decor was looking a little worn and tired. 」
