“This rental surpassed all our expectations in every way! I’ve stayed in numerous vacation rentals over the years, and this one was by far the best. The setting in the forest and on the Tualatin River was surreal. The attention to detail amazing. The Goat Shed & Zen dens were quite clean & cozy. As 2 older women, we felt very safe staying here. Overall centrally located and a quick drive down the road into West Linn offered several wonderful dining options. Definitely plan on staying here again.……

“This is such a sweet gem of a cottage tucked into a quiet and safe neighborhood. I was in Newberg for a long weekend class and my husband was with me. This location was only a few minutes drive for me and was a perfect central spot for my husband to drive out for beautiful hikes. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking light meals and the bottle of Pinot Noir from the owner was a lovely touch. We will definitely stay here again if we return.”

“This was our second stay, and it was wonderful again. The beds are comfortable, the kitchenette and bathroom are well-stocked, and the furnishings are cosy and nicely styled. The above-garage apartment is very clean and felt very private. It's a very peaceful location, but near to wineries, the city of Newberg, and George Fox University (our destination). The scenery out every window is beautifully pastoral, and we loved watching the silly goats in the back during both of our stays.”

“Our family (adults and significant others) does a weekend getaway together once a year and the Jade Retreat was our best location yet! The house was extremely spacious and we enjoyed having so many amenities - hot tub, covered outdoor kitchen with fire pit, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and a media room for watching movies.
