We are very disappointed that you only gave us 2 stars. Kabuki is an Alpine Guesthouse and not a Hilton. As indicated on description there is no reception or room service. Please read the description fully to avoid disappointment.

Thankyou for letting us know. We checked your room and the floor drain has dried out. A cup of water in the drain was the fix and it took 20 seconds to do it. If you let us know during your stay we would have fixed it for you.

We are very sorry that you booked for Wednesday Night, did not show on that night, Then arrived on Thursday night and demanded a free room without booking for that night. We offered a heavily discounted room for you, but you declined and went home. We hope that in the future you book the same night as you arrive.

We are glad that you found the rooms very good. Large, clean and new with a nice little en-suite. After checking out of the room you can store your luggage in the drying room.

Its great that you took the time to write a review. Its a pity that it is totally wrong. Check in is 4pm and any expectation of earlier access is subject to rooms having been cleaned. As soon as housekeepers have advised that the room was cleaned, it was made available. In the future, rooms will be available at 4pm. The room heating is set at 22 degrees and that was the temperature of the room when tested. We will be very happy for you to stay elsewhere.
