「We really enjoyed staying here! It was the perfect space for my husband, three young kids, and myself. The location was PERFECT for all things Universal, and also easy to get to the Disney properties too. It’s across the street from Pirates Adventure, so check that out for some fun. I will note that the Pizza Hut in the pictures is no longer there, but there is one a few blocks away - we walked there just fine. Also, the laundry is coin operated. 「Great stay. Loved the homemade bread and all the snacks. Plenty of towels. And so enjoyed the shopping cart with cereal. No far from ucf and super close to downtown eateries and pubs. Beds were comfortable and the showers are huge. Great neighborhood and super quiet at night. 」

「The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed, plates, pots, pans, and utensils, just bring your own food. The location was excellent, close to all the theme parks, outlet mall, and plenty of restaurants. The host was very friendly and quick to respond, which made everything easy and stress-free. "I’ve been to Orlando nearly 10 times, and this is by far the most expensive yet most disappointing hotel I’ve stayed at. Don’t be fooled by the promotional photos—if you’re looking for a comfortable, quality stay, this isn’t it. The room wasn’t terrible, but absolutely not worth the price—more like a motel than a proper hotel. Only one slow elevator for the entire building, the other was out of service the entire time,so there were always lines. The room was small, damp, and had a strange smell. The coffee machine worked on and off, and the AC was loud and likely unclean—I woke up with a sore throat. The location is isolated—you need a car to go anywhere. Worst of all, one front desk staff (a woman wearing a mask) was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I lightly cleared my throat, she snapped at me to cover my mouth in a harsh tone. If she’s so uncomfortable around guests, she shouldn’t be working in hospitality."
