「This hotel was a "wow" all around. The photos don't do it justice: 1) The area: the town it was in is super cute. Everyone knows one another in the area. Views of Etna were incredible. Just a very beautiful region of sicily. 2) The service: the front desk helped us book a helicopter tour of etna. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour, it was fantastic! 3) Spa: Wow wow wow - beautiful turkish bath, and you get it all to yourself with the fee. 「Excellent small hotel with superb friendly and helpful staff, fantastic well maintained grounds and stunning view of Etna from the pool. Its clear they show pride in their hotel and this is reflected in everything about your stay. Would say a car is essential to het best of stay, although about 30 min walk to local train station which had good and regular connections to some of the local main tourist towns and airport. 」
