「Really enjoyed our stay! Wish I could give 4.5 stars. Communication was excellent and the check in process was simple. The wifi was a little confusing; password was provided but not the network, and we couldn't join any of the networks that popped up as options (unsure of written character; S or 5?). Would have emailed and asked, but it was 10pm and we were trying to watch the NCAA tournament and couldn't. No tissues and TP was very thin. Only coffee for Keurig was peppermint mocha; nothing...

「Owner was very communicative. There were a few issues when we arrived because of the former renter. Philip dealt with the issues immediately. The older home is well maintained in an established neighborhood. Extremely clean. Home is well located to explore the northern, central and southern entrances to New River Gorge National Park.
