「We loved our rooms. Very spacious and close to everything. We enjoyed the rooftop area a lot. It was a little bit odd adjusting to not having a window since we naturally use that as an indicator of what time it is and to wake up lol. We did fine though.」

「They don’t enclose their security deposit for the hotel room. Okay yes! The room looked like a furniture studio apartment and they have leasable rooms. The parking was a joke and expensive. Other things that were annoying, for the amount of money that you pay; they have two elevators shared between 33 floors. As staff with maid carts, laundry bins and other items taking up the entire elevators as they’re preforming their jobs, the guest and residents are having to wait. Their staff should have...

「The property was close to broadway as described BUT the sofa bed was unusable due to being broken. They offered an air mattress but we had already planned to use it so the two single friends had their own sleeping space. We had to go out and but another air mattress. Their solution to a 5 day 4 night stay was a $50 credit」

「The pictures of the room on Expedia and the actual room were not the same. The room advertised and the room we received were different rooms. This was false and misleading advertising. The room received was definitely not worth what we paid.」
