“Our first stay at this location. The staff interaction was excellent. David was very professional and assisted us with great customer service. We could tell he had a very challenging customer on the phone and was staying calm and answered her questions in a pleasant and professional way. Our room was ok. I found the ADA features frustrating as a non ADA user. There was plenty of room for two hooks on the bathroom door, but all heights were lowered for ADA. Our towels touched the floor,……

“Fantastic view of the river walk. Pool was excellent. Staff were friendly. Hotel was clean. Loved that there was coffee available. Would have liked to have some kind of breakfast option but we did have access to microwave so that helped.”

“Decided to give this Econo Lodge a chance after having not so great stays at other locations. The Days Inn right next door was the same price, but hey, let’s try something new. “Room was clean and fresh. The only complaint was the about sleeping. The mattress was worn out and uncomfortable. Sheets woven and scratchy and pillows Lilly. Very quiet environment with coffee and tea in lobby. The one by the coffee has a machine that provides hot water but it was brown from coffee so needs cleaning. Didn’t use the workout room but was cold and clean. Pool looked okay. No hot tub. Staff helpful. Given two free drinks at check in for the Swinging Bridge next door where……
