Went to go stay here- I’m 18 which online the hotel states is the legal minimum age to check in. This was 10 at night and they refused to offer me service as I was not 21. I had to go find another hotel and pay triple the price to find a room. Ridiculous.

As usual with a hotel like this, you try to shower in standing water up to your ankles. HVAC unit was so noisy it had to be turned off to sleep. I will never stay there nor will I stay at Extended Stay America ever again.

Had stayed here some years before, but this time it seemed worn down and now a bit over priced for its current condition. Breakfast is spartan, so an overnighter who is a bigger eater may wish for more/better. (Extended Stay guests will, of course, be able to supply their own meals to their liking.) On the plus side, the location is very convenient and the area is quiet.

I initially booked through expedia, somehow the day I booked for had changed to a later date a month later. I had to change the date and John at the front desk was very patient with this issue. He took great care of getting my booking corrected and expedited for the day of. John is a great guy! I appreciate his help IMMENSELY!

Not worth it
The room had some sort or mold or stain in the bathroom. The room had a bad smell. Front desk people were either hiding or not working. I watched them give away someone’s room because a guest decided to stay an extra night.

My family booked 3 rooms for a 4 night stay. The hair dryer in the room caught fire in my hand. There were two drawers missing from my dresser. There was an obvious smell of cigarettes throughout the building. The staff was WONDERFUL but I do not feel like the hotel was up to par.

This was a very horrible experience as we had to change rooms due to no hot water, dirty room (waterbugs) and overall rough shape of the hotel itself. I don not plan on using expedia ever again for hotels as this was not a pleasant experience and feel we were misled. I stayed for a month, the first 3 weeks were great. The last couple days were horrible! A new girl at the front desk was so rude, I left and went somewhere else! Disgusting additude! I believe her name was jillisa. She obviously was not taught anything about hospitality. I worked for Marriott for 15 years. This hotel needs some adjustments at the front desk.

Pros: In a quiet, relatively safe area off of Route 73 South, there all 3 or 4 other hotels on the street, there are washer and dryers, it's was around 100 everything else was more Cons: Only one light fixture in my room worked.
