「This was a perfect location and property for us to be with family over the holidays. The community is near Smithville for a nice shopping experience and is located in a quiet section of town. We are very appreciative of how clean and spacious the home was and accommodations were very comfortable. 」

「Very clean, comfortable and welcoming. Was unaware bedrooms only accessible by narrow and steep stair case. It would have been helpful to disclose that information. Fortunately we did not have a problem except it was strenuous to carry our luggage to bedroom area. Aside from that, it was a great stay. 」

「Nice, quiet property in a beautiful neighborhood. Felt very safe. Comfortable bed. Heat worked wonderfully. Internet was good. Host left goodies for us in the room which were very thoughtful and yummy! Location was close to so much shopping, restaurants, etc. Short drive to Longwood Gardens. Would return for a future stay. 」

「Great location, private, lovely view of the water - and so many swans! The home was well-equipped & had thoughtful touches like bathrobes. It would be perfect for a couple or solo traveler. I wish I could’ve stayed longer! The host and reservation process was great - easy & clear instructions and guidance about the house & local area. 10/10 would return 」

「Great location, short distance from parkway, we golfed at multiple local courses less than 20 Min away, easy commute to Atlantic City. Clean house, very chilly central Air condition, comfy beds, great location for dog walking, our pups loved the trail out past beach. Quiet neighbors. Very clean inside only gave it a 4 star for cleanliness since outside had cigarette butts and burned cans in/around fire pit (we did not use it) but overall great experience, we would go back! 」
