"The apartment was outstanding. Everything you would need was there. Sunny, clean,spacious and a lovely balcony to enjoy your wine. Although it is in the Oceanside Resort and twin towers it is managed separately (thank god). The owner was lovely, communicated immediately and instructions were excellent. Absolute bonus not having to deal with reception as they are extremely rude and have no people skills. Bus and hot pools across the road, a 2 min walk to both Mount Maunganui and Pilot Bay beaches and cafes and restaurants right outside the door. Book with this private owner, you won’t regret it. "

"Very nice place with great views of beach and bay. Clean and quiet building but street noise can be a little noisy. Pool also has nice views of beach but is a bit shallow. Would definitely stay again."

"Yes it is located well for the beach, Mountain and short walk to town. However the apartment itself needs an update to reflect the rate you’re charging. The second room is no more than a cupboard. The ensuite toilet keeps flushing itself. The curtains in main bedroom is hanging off. The TV should be smart allowing guests to log into their own accounts. No milk in the fridge this is consistent in all accom levels. Other than that it was fine. "
