Minutes to Downtown Charleston, Shem Creek & Beach

Welcome to Cloud Nine, a newly renovated 4 bedroom house with a loft and private back patio. Offering the best of all that the Charleston area has to offer, a mile to Shem Creek, and 10 minutes to downtown Charleston and Beaches. Newly renovated top to bottom, The Cloud Nine offers access to the best of the Charleston area. The first floor consists of an open living room, dining room, and kitchen as well as 1/2 bathroom and laundry area. Off the main living area, the spacious master mother-in suite includes a King bed, private living area, kitchenette, and full bathroom. In this 1st floor suite, you will also find a loft space with a queen bed. Off the back of the first floor is a private patio and grilling area with outdoor seating. Upstairs there are 3 additional bedrooms. The upstairs master consists of a large king bed and full ensuite bathroom. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms share access to a large full bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and the 4th bedroom holds two twin beds. Three private on-site parking spots also come with the house so that you and your group can access everything Charleston has to offer in a less than 10-minute drive.
The house comes with three on-site parking spots and is dog friendly with an additional $150 pet fee to cover carpet and upholstery cleaning after the stay.

We had a short stay at Cloud Nine for an event in downtown Charleston. This home was close to plenty of visiting vacationer needs; grocery, pharmacy, eating out, and activities. We found the home to be nicely clean upon entry & inspection. The kitchen had a decent assortment of cooking tools. We found the complementary starter kitchen & bath items very helpful. My husband was a bit concerned about the property having electronic keypad door entry access deadbolts without manual deadbolts. We had no issue in using the keypad entry at the front door however. The mother-in suite feature of this house was perfect for our two family situation. It gave us plenty of space to retire to separate wings essentially for our bedtime routines without disturbing each other. For the neighborhood area; during our Mon-Wed stay over the St Patricks day holiday it was very quiet & peaceful even with plenty of traffic just across the way. My husband was greatful for blackout blinds in the upstairs master bedroom we used because any low light keeps him from sleeping. I have two small complaints; the beds were very soft and pillows worn down very soft as well. More a personal complaint than property issue. Found it noteworthy to mention for firm sleeping preference people. Lastly, the kitchen tabletop was extremely sticky, not due to needing cleaning, due to a breakdown of the finish it seems. Made playing games with cards tricky. Overall we were very pleased with our stay! Great spot for families!

Wonderful property

We had a great time at this property, plenty of beds for a big group and nicely situated for privacy if multiple families. Neighborhood was great, walked to restaurants and grocery stores. Would recommend an upgrade on the couch and pillows on beds, but the linens were great. Thanks for the hospitality, recommend highly and hope to be back soon.

Charleston Comfort

Our group of 8 adults were in town for a family wedding. The house was very clea and well stocked with necessities. The 3 upstairs bedrooms were comfortable and the over-sized Master bedroom was very large. We did not use the loft bedroom accessible from the spiral stairway in the Master. Overall we could not have been happier with this property!

We had a great time at this property and there was just enough room for 7 friends and one baby. So convenient having multiple grocery stores in walking distance! We found the house clean and airy. Only thing is there aren't a lot of spices so if you're doing a lot of cooking, bring with you!

The property is perfectly located - 15 minutes to downtown Charleston and 15 minutes to the beach. Property managers were extremely responsive and helpful. Our family had a wonderful visit!

Vacation with Friends

Location was great. We enjoyed our stay, but there is some improvements that could be made. Kitchen cooking and bakeware are in poor condition. Furniture and outdoor area are in need improvement. Living Room furniture is very tired looking. Sectional is not very comfortable. Recliner is comfortable but could use a cleaning. We stayed in 3 places and was by far the least comfortable to hang out in.

My friends 40th birthday a group of friends met from all over the us Great brb very clean, very nicely decorated, blow dryers in every bathroom, every bathroom fully stocked with soaps body wash lotions and toilet paper and towels.)everything that you need stocked, quiet neighbors and not much traffic driving through, the water pressure was amazing in all showers so much to list very close 10 min drive to down town city life and such a beautiful neighborhood.

Great visit

Have stayed here once before. They continue to make improvements to the property...not that it was bad before. Its a great place to stay! You can just tell they care and want their guests to have a good experience. Property is always clean and we had everything we needed.
