We love the hotel, have a good enough condition, the person who was in the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room is big enough for my family, (5 person) the room was clean, we love that the hotel is close to a very good restaurant too. Yes, we recommend this place.

The staff here was very kind and accommodating and we enjoyed the breakfast options! The pool looked clean but we didn't have time to go swimming. Unfortunately even though I booked a suite, the springs on the sofa bed were rusted through the mattress and there was no padding, so my kid couldn't sleep there. If the sofa beds were usable, this would have been perfect!

The worst stay i have had in a long time. Rooms were dirty. Staff was very rude. The hotels was extremely loud we couldnt get any sleep. There was a pool party which when i called they could have warned us about instead the kids couldn't swim which was the only reason we rented the room. Not happy at all.

There were huge spider webs in the corner of our room, and the "hot breakfast" consisted of nothing hot, just cold cereal, yogurt, and stale breads. The staff was friendly.

Our room was next to the second floor exit door and across from the laundry area. There was some sort of noise all night long. It made it hard to get a good night's rest.

Room was not up to expectations. Rate far exceeded the comfort and overall appearance and cleanliness of the facility. Would not stay at this highly over priced hotel again. Very disappointed.

Overnight stop
Everything for the most part . Would recommend that they either paint or do a detailed cleaning in bathroom. Was not gross but mark and stains on the walls. Corners of the pirtion where shower is located were dirty. Bedroom portion of the room was clean. Was really suprised there were no USB ports in room. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

During the check-in process, the desk clerk lady asked me sign on a paper having my credit card information and address, and kindly stated, “I will charge to your credit card if you make any damage to the room.” It made me to check the room conditions. I noticed that some light bulbs in the bathroom were not working, and that there was one face towel instead of two face towels. Also, I noticed that one corner of the side door was not good condition. Next day I informed my findings to the desk clerk. Should have a walk-in/out inspection report policy from Comfort Inn HQ.

There was a water leak under the HVAC wall unit. Carpet was very wet and room smelled moldly when we first arrived. Night manager offered to move us to another room; but, we declined as we were extremely tired. Room needed some updating and fresh paint.
