“I was a bit concerned at first because the room wasn’t well swept and there was dust/debris around the floor edges. I did a bedbug check before unpacking…But I have to say the bed was SO comfortable!! Overall it was an ok stay - definitely some sketchy people in the lobby when I arrived but not necessarily the hotels fault ”

“The roof was leaking in the lobby but I trust they’ll be speedy about getting it fixed and taking care of any mold there may be! The pool area was really warm and appeared to be clean but the gym could use some work. The equipment is outdated and there’s only 1 bike and 1 treadmill.”

“We were very pleased with our recent stay at Motel Tipton. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We particularly liked the fireplace feature and the newly installed shower insert. Business or pleasure, we highly recommend Motel Tipton.
