「This was a the perfect fit for a short stay in Evansville. The neighborhood was quiet, and I felt very safe staying there. It is just a short 7-minute drive to downtown. The owners were very responsive and answered all of my questions.」

「My family and sisters family stayed here for my daughters graduation from UE (we’re from Cincy). This place is exactly as described. Very clean and decorated beautifully. Everyone had fun in the huge basement with the ping pong table and basketball game! Host is wonderful and super responsive. This is a must place to stay!」

「Very good communication from owner. Super easy check in! Great location for downtown if you like walking to Penny Lane Coffee house for great coffee & breakfast/lunch. Several restaurants within 1 block to walk. Biking walking greenway within 3-4 blocks , no need to drive at all! Even a small grocery within walking distance. 「The property was cute and clean. We thought we saw double beds in one room, nonetheless, there was plenty of room for us. The owner was communicative. If we needed anything, I felt he was only a text away. We will definitely use this property for all of our business trips in Evansville.」

「Place was very clean. Provisions were great! We were glad to be able to do laundry. We suggest having a laundry basket and a small folding table.」

「This is our second stay here. The first time was 2 years ago, and there have been some updates. Freshly painted wall in living room and the queen guest room, for starters. Additional fixtures and decor made it very home like. Drew responds promptly to any communication. Doing laundry and cooking our own meals is paramount, plus allowing our pooch. We would stay here again next year!」

「The house was beautiful. I was there to celebrate Mothers Day with my oldest son and his wife. I brought my dog as a car companion and she really enjoyed the fenced in back yard. In fact, we spent 2 days in the shaded back yard with my son and his wife. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. I can see myself spending more time at this house for future visits.」
