"The floors were filthy. Our feet are covered in dirt. When I checked out and told the front desk clerk she tried making excuses. Needs a good sweeping and mopping between each guest. The windows are dirty. Very spotted from not being washed in a long time. Inside and out. Shelves were dusty to the point it looked like dust bunnies falling to the floor. We were not at all impressed. Thank goodness the bed was clean and gave us a decent night sleep after driving almost 800 miles in a day. We would not recommend this hotel. "

"The only drawback was that the location is not the most convenient to enter and exit. Outside of this slight inconvenience, the facilities and our luxury suite were phenomenal! Everything felt very clean and comfortable. Furthermore, the staff were all so pleasant and helpful, even lending a bottle opener. The breakfast spread exceeded expectations and was delightful to top it all off. We will absolutely recommend and come back!"
