I understand how important ratings are as I also own short term rentals. On the day of check-in , I got a message from the cohost that there was a plumbing emergency and that we needed to be relocated. She described it as an upgrade. Being familiar with the area… It was absolutely not an upgrade to the unit she wanted to move us into. I made it very……

“Great spot to enjoy the outdoors. We tried our luck at fishing, cooked smores over the camp fire, splashed around in the river. Highly recommended. Anthony was very responsive to all communication. We'll look to come back again in the fall.”

“Nice area. Very pretty cabin. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The only negative thing was the cleaning crew. We found 2 food issues left behind from the former renters. However, after letting the host know I believe she communicated with the cleaning crew.”

“Had a great time, place was clean. The hot tub was clean, beautiful views the heating and air air-conditioning all worked great. The bed upstairs is a little uncomfortable. The cabin was stocked with pretty much everything we needed with paper towel towels, soap, towel, towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. The deck view was spectacular. Didn’t get to use the fire pit, but it was very nice definitely would rent again.”

“The condo was extremely dirty with dry wall all over the floor and counters that got all over all our clothes. Had musty smell. Owner did not disclose that downstairs was also a VRBO and we thought it was a spa and heard people yelling and arguing at 2am. Overall negative experience would not recommend. Oh also AC barely worked was very hot ”

“It was decorated very cute and the bed was comfortable. Very close to shops and restaurants.We had to drive around the block and get out to find the location because you park and enter through the back door.It’s very close to the train stain but was only interrupted by an early morning train once.”
