Our Happy Place -The Cozy Cottage
It has 2 Queen beds and 2 full bathrooms. A full kitchen. A full size washer/dryer. Grill on the back deck. A closet full of games! Memories to last a lifetime! I’m probably forgetting something. 15/20 minutes from the Buffalo National River. 5 minutes to the Yellville City Park with Splash Pad and Crooked Creek. 15/20 minutes to the White River. Less than 30 minutes to Bull Shoals Lake, as well!

We were in town to visit family for the 4th of July and needed a place to stay. This house is a very well kept and clean house with a great outdoor space! It was a resonable rental rate and close to town! It was a great weekend! Also its pet friendly....I was charged 100 for my pet after booking....and could not find anywhere on the listing where it mentions that. Just so you know....there will be a 100 fee per dog that gets requested after you pay the original booking fee. We enjoyed the property and communication with the host was great while staying there! Definitely a nice place to stay!

The happy place
Excellent place. We went to float the buffalo river and the location was amazing. It was just 11miles to the river. The house was will keep and maintained. A full complement of all the kitchen equipment and dishes. The back deck and the grill was the highlight. Mornings on the deck saw a daily devotional, a sun rise, coffee, breakfast all in a peaceful setting, then off to a day for floating a beautiful river. Again an excellent place.

Clean, Comfortable, and close to everything!
The little cottage was extremely clean, and comfortable. Everything is new, the bathrooms were very nice - showers with good water pressure, and hot water for everyone. Nice thick towels, and everything needed was included. The location was nice also - close to hiking, kayaking, and tons of antique stores everywhere. There is a grocery store nearby, and also restaurants. We saw plenty of deer, rabbits, and a tortoise greeted us every morning!

Wonderful stay

Happy with Our Happy Place
This was the second time my husband and I stayed in this cute cottage. We love the rural setting that’s still only a few minutes from Yellville. The house was spotless, well-equipped and very comfortable. The hostess is great! Highly recommend!

Peace and Quiet
Perfect location for some peace and quiet. Close to the Buffalo, tons of flea markets close by for shopping, and we even took a day trip to Branson!
Cottage was spotless upon arrival and had everything we needed. Loved our stay!

Quiet, Peaceful Country Home
We had the best stay!! It was so quiet sitting on the deck every night. Stars galore! Owner was very friendly and great with communications. Several good restaurants in town. Beds are comfy and plenty of room, plenty of dishes. Definitely 10 out of 10 stars!! Would highly recommend if you want to float the Buffalo or visit Branson or just want some peace and quiet.

This was our third stay at Our Happy Place and as always we enjoyed it. Though our days were busy with meetings and errands, we enjoyed coming back to the peaceful place. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to travel with or without pets.

The farmhouse was in the country but close to Yellville. We saw deer in the yard a couple of times. Nicely updated without losing the charm. We’d definitely stay here again.

Wonderful 2nd time visit!!
Stayed here for the 2nd time and again had wonderful visit to Arkansas. Kayaked the White River this time as Buffalo was low and used Riley's Outfitters on host recommendation. It was amazing...caught trout and was able to grill them on the back deck of home. This is such a cozy little house and our dogs loved the yard!! Thank you, Michael, and we will see you again in the future!!

The Happy Place
We liked the location for kayaking. Also very private and had fun watching a deer eat apples from a tree AM and PM. Very clean and new like. Very good A/C. Nice to have 2 bathrooms. Everything we needed to stay was there. We would definitely stay there again.

18th Wedding Anniversary Buffalo Float
This old farm house was super cute with lots of character and charm. Beds were comfy and kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. Area was quiet and relaxing. My husband and I enjoyed a beautiful float on the Buffalo River to celebrate our 18th wedding anniversary. Host was very helpful with float and restaurant recommendations. Check in/out was easy and host was prompt answering any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Cozy Place in a Great Location
Two bedrooms and two baths made up this cozy cottage. The location was perfect for our canoe trips on the Buffalo River. Lots of amenities in the kitchen. One bed was a little firm. One bathroom seemed to be designed for smaller people. Quiet with a nice view.
