We love our family pet dogs and welcome yours too.Your well behaved dogs are allowed with prior approval. This property allows up to 2 dogs. There is a fee of $50 per dog/per night, which is collected separately and approximately one week prior to your check-in date.

Eagle's Nest is one of three properties on the Loon Rapid's Lodge estate. The other properties include Homestead, which offers 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and accommodates up to 6 guests and the newest property Raven's Nest, a new construction in 2023, offers 1 bedroom, loft, 3 bathrooms and sleeps up to 6 guests. * This property is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, or other rowdy gatherings.
* There are three vacation rental units on the premises, and there may be other travelers present during your stay. The outdoor gear and property is shared among the three properties.
*The 2nd bedroom and 1/2 bathroom is not accessible from the inside of the home. Guests must go outside and up a flight of stairs to enter.
*This home has 3 exterior security cameras. One located on the roof (looking at solar panels), one on the hill (looking at solar panels) and one on the driveway. They do not see into any interior spaces.
*Please be aware that our vacation rental property is off the grid, and as a result, the internet and Wi-Fi connection are quite limited. Streaming or relying heavily on internet-dependent activities are likely not be feasible during your stay. We provide a starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue.
We also supply one travel size shampoo, conditioner and body wash per full bathroom.
Due to health and safety guidelines all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc.
