"My husband, infant son, and I just recently stayed at this lovely Mountshannon cottage for a week whilst touring Ireland. The accomodations were lovely, as were the helpfulness and hospitality. The peat fire burned upon our arrival, and the place was clean and stocked with coffee, tea, and delicious homemade apple tart. True Irish kindness at its best, for certain. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone who seeks comfort and tradition at the right price. "
