"Best hotel of our trip!! Beautiful Modern room, beds were so comfortable. It really is a luxurious hotel. All the amenities, the onsen attached to the hotel is amazing. But the breakfast experience takes the cake. It's like a 5 course breakfast with a flight of juice tasting. Amazing!!"

"Staff were very friendly; especially the dining room and kitchen staff. The room was clean - could hear noises and voices from other rooms but it was quiet after 22:00. Amazing sea view. Good shower. Dinner and Japanese breakfast were delicious. Very impressed. Would return- and hope for sunshine!"

"Great location, modern, clean and well maintained hotel. Room was a decent size. Would stay there again. We arrived at 12.30/1pm at it was a hard no for check-in. Came back at 2.45pm and a different staff member checked us in. Maybe the room wasn't ready or maybe hotel policy. It was the first time in a long time I have not had a hotel accommodate a slightly earlier check-in. Just be mindful if travelling with bags etc they have no storage area for luggage and its held in the lobby area."

"Staff are very friendly and hotel is well maintained to a good standard. The bed can be quite hard if you’re not someone who prefers that style. The public bath is a lovely touch but can get crowded at busy times. A lounge on the top floor has views over the city and countryside beyond. A very good hotel in this area."

"We had a room with an Open-Air Bath on the balcony, and there was also a piano in the lobby where we could play. room was big enough for 4 people and conveniently located."

"The stay was generally quite nice. One small issue we had was that there were many kids staying in the room next to us and they were making a lot of noise late at night around 10:30. Otherwise the hotel offers many nice services. The onsen have several options including open-air, laying baths, and a larger indoor bath. Additionally they have an interesting waterfall shower where the water falls in a stream on your head. They also have 4 private baths that can be quite busy as they are on a first come first serve basis. There is free laundry that also had a short wait. They offer a few complimentary food items as well. I tried the late night ramen which I found tasty. We booked a room with a private open-air bath attached because my wife has tattoos which are not allowed to be shown in the public baths. This let us bathe right out a door from our accommodation which was quite convenient and enjoyable."
