“It is not far from the city, with tram you are in center in 5 stops. But in general taxi is very cheap. The apartment was good, spacious the rooms were big. The only thing was that there was no heating or cooling. There is some thermostat for temperature but i guess was not working because it was cold. ”

“Bonjour le sejour s est bien passé. Hormis qu a l arrivee je n ai eu aucune indication pour rentrer dans le bâtiment et recuperer les cles malgre mes nombreux messages 24h avant . Sinon le logement edt spacieux confortable et fonctionnel. ”

“We had a wonderful time at Amur residence during our family visit in town. The property is very clean and equipped with all you need. It’s a nice quiet area with lots of trees at the park across the road. Cezar was very welcoming and accommodating. We needed to check out a little later due to our flight time and Cezar was happy to provide us with extra time at no charge. Overall wonderful experience and great people!”

“This hotel is in an excellent location near university, restaurants and sights. Staff were friendly and helpful small suite but did not lack anything. My only complaints were a noisy air cinditioner which I am sure will be repaired and a strong air freshener smell in the suite. Overall this is a very good value and I would recommend it to others.”

“Catalin and Carmen were wonderful hosts. The appartement is in excellent state, modern design, newly renovated, sparkling clean, with all necessities to live as a family in an apartment for one week. Everything was brand new, air conditioning (highly appreciated when temperatures outside are 35-40 degrees C). Very easy to check in/out. We felt that we were very welcomed, they put a lot of work to make us feel in the same time as being at home and in a highly rated hotel. My boys were very happy……

“Wonderful, modern apartment in Iasi. Very central - looks down on one of the main streets. Near medical school, groceries, coffee shops, etc. Excellent communication with the owner. The apartment is listed as up to 9, but I think practically only 8 people could stay there.”

“Very clean and modern, excellent breakfast with hot and cold food, scambled and hard boiled eggs, cheese, salami, bacon, fruits, yogurt, many types of coffee, orange juice, waffles and so on. Great water pressure, nice view, you can open the window. The parking lot is kind of small for the hotel capacity and the hallway could have moe lights.”
