GC0003 Holiday cottage with shared pool in Fontanales
Finca Casa Nanita C, is in a group of 3 houses located on a farm of 20,000 square meters that is 2 km from the small town of Fontanales, in the village of Moya.
All housing is equipped with central heating.
Upon entering we access a small hall from where we got to the kitchen and the dining room. Next, you will find the bedroom with a double bed, which is inside a cave and it has a very special and cozy atmosphere. Following is the bathroom with a shower. On the other side of the kitchen is the living room with television, stereo and wood stove, and also big windows to also enjoy the landscape when you are inside.
Outside, the house has a small terrace at the entrance and another at the back with barbecue. And in the upper part, on the roof, it has a solarium. A few meters from the house are the common areas that are shared with the other two houses: the pool, which offers a splash area, massage jets, and a jacuzzi inside; Around the pool is the solarium area from where you can enjoy the sunny days with the song of the birds as a soundtrack; Bordering on the houses and the pool there are different garden areas with nooks from where to enjoy the landscape.

Sehr hübsch angelegtes großes Grundstück mit mehreren Bereichen, wo man sich aufhalten kann - abgesehen von den privaten Terrassen. Üppige gepflegte Bepflanzung mit Zitrusbäumen, vielen Blumen, Kübelpflanzen. Wohnung geschmackvoll gestaltet. Heizung sehr angenehm, da die Finca relativ hoch liegt. Pool groß mit einem kleinen flachen Bereich, aber sehr kalt.
Bei nasser Straße und PS schwachen Mietwagen können die letzten paar hundert Meter auf dem Areal innerhalb des Tors wegen der starken Steigung ein bisschen kniffelig sein.
Wir haben uns- mit Ausnahme des eher schlechten Wetters während unseres Aufenthaltes-sehr wohl gefühlt.

Appartement est super (dans une ancienne ferme composée de 3 logements) et il est très propre, avec du style, du charme et bien équipé.
Pour trouver ce n'est pas simple et l'accès est en haut d'une cote impressionnante.
Attention c'est assez isolé à environ 2 km de la ville.
La piscine est exceptionnelle, mais elle est trop froide pour en profiter pleinement. Ne pas perdre de vue que nous sommes à environ 1000 m d'altitude
