What an amazing find in the heart of Italy! A beautifully restored castle with amazing gardens. The area around the castle was truly stunning and peaceful. It is just a short distance from the highway exit, but you never know it because it is just so quiet and relaxing. I would highly recommend this amazing place to everyone!

Prenotata la suite junior. La camera si presenta pulita e ordinata. Il colore della poltrona e delle poltroncine non è grigio come da foto. Il bagno è ampio e spazioso. La vasca idromassaggio è funzionante anche se un pò vecchiotta (può capitare che i bocchettoni perdano il loro coperchietto :P ). Il phon è quello tipico a parete. La stanza è abbastanza insonorizzata. Nel complesso la struttura è molto bella e considerandola come 'castello' (si paga molto per questo fattore) merita il soggiorno. Lo staff è gentile ed attento. Ad ogni richiesta fatta hanno saputo dare una risposta/azione ottima e competente. La colazione è ottima, abbondante e con ampia scelta. Consiglio Il Castello di Septe.

Location splendida. Piscina pulita e tranquilla, attrezzata di lettini liberi. Camera con arredo retrò ma assolutamente non vecchio. Bagno con vasca idromassaggio. Colazione adattata perfettamente alle restrizioni covid. Pranzo/cena ottimi e con un occhio di riguardo alla prodotti tipici.

Una giusta pausa, per interrompere un viaggio. Facilmente raggiungibile dall’uscita autostrada, la struttura ti accoglie in una piacevole posizione panoramica, tranquilla e molto ben curata. Personale molto gentile e competente. Ottimo pure il ristorante.

Wonderful retreat

This was the perfect spot to take a break during our round trip to Italy. The venue was breathtaking, the staff was friendly, the food, delicious and the pool sublime. Just what we needed to carty on with our journey.

We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with all the amenities of this hotel. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was good. The location was a bit further away from the beaches and a bit industrial but it has a gorgeous pool and its easily accessible.

Awful stay! Did not sleep at all! Noise was horrendous all night and receptionist was reluctant to help. Breakfast was beyond basic! Fruit salad served in tiny plastic containers (apparently due to COVID 19) yet eggs served on the plates. All of the breakfast food was per prepared. Staff completely disinterested. I had to ask 3 times for my cutlery! Decided to leave day early due to an appalling service. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone due to utterly disinterested staff, noise and food that was worst then hostel standards.

Laute Party, wenig Schlaf

Wir hatten dieses Hotel für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise gebucht, um nach dem Flug nach Pescara nicht mehr weit fahren zu müssen und um am nächsten Tag gut ausgeruht weiterreisen zu können. Aus dem Ausruhen wurde leider nichts. Das Hotel wird offensichtlich sehr gerne für Events gebucht und in dieser Nacht fand bis in die frühen Morgenstunden eine Geburtstagsparty von Jugendlichen mit lauter Diskomusik statt. Wir haben eine Dame vom Empfang am nächsten Morgen darauf angesprochen. Was wir be mängeln ist nicht die Tatsache , dass eine Veranstaltung stattfand, sondern, das man uns nicht darüber im Vorfeld informiert hat und uns somit die Entscheidung nach einer Alternative zu schauen, genommen wurde. Man hat sich daraufhin bei uns entschuldigt, aber den Eindruck einer ernstgemeinten Entschuldigung hat es nicht gemacht. Rein taktisch hätte man z.B. das Mineralwasser der Minibar (1,50 EURO) nicht in Rechnungstellen können. Ansonsten ist es ein sehr schönes Hotel und gut erreichbar gelegen.
