「Extraordinary」

「nice location, but you have to climb a little bit. nice breakfast, and comfort bed. the staff is friendly. 」

「The location is great but that's just about it. The manager was really unhelpful... I did not see him the day I was to checkout. Couldn't get in touch with him and was locked in the building the whole morning because of that. Finally someone else had to pry the window open for us to leave at 10:30am! The lady at the property was very welcoming though and the room was clean. Bathrooms were a bit shabby. 」

「The staff were very nice and helpful overall. However, the actual location of the hotel isn’t where it’s shown on the map on the listing here and that did matter a lot as the hotel is on a steep ramp and it’s physically very difficult to get to the hotel and city center by walking even though I’m young and fit. Also, the wifi was down during our stay and filter coffee wasn’t available for breakfast as the machine was down as well. The towels smelled clean but they had yellow stains on them. Hand...
