“The hotel itself has many positives. The location is beautiful, the sea is exceptionally clear, and we enjoyed the grounds and overall atmosphere. We were also happy with many aspects of the all-inclusive experience and were able to enjoy our family holiday. Unfortunately, our main issue was with the accommodation. We booked a Bungalow, 2 Bedrooms, Garden View through Expedia based on the photographs displayed for that specific room category. On arrival, the accommodation we were given was……

“Great pools, tobbogans and nice view on the sea. Nice team. We believe infrastructures needs a bit a refresh as they are a bit old. Food was ok, not good, not bad. This hotel would be a 4 stars in europe, not 5.”

“Do never travel to this hotel, it was a traumatising experience. The hotel looks completely different in pictures, the staff is very unfriendly and only cares about collecting money, the hotel is not maintained ,the room was broken and they were putting glues on the toilet floor to repair it.The hotel was dirty insects ,everywhere hair in food ,no blankets to cover urself at night imagine,....We told them we need a refund they said not at all you can leave if u want but we will keep the money,we……
