"AC kept room cool. Breakfast wasn’t top tier but it served its purpose. My travel partners and I appreciate the great customer service from front desk. Only thing missing was a large luggage trolley to take all 3 of us luggage’s to our room"

"I’m disappointed with the level of service during my visit. Several staff members were not welcoming or attentive. From the moment we arrived, there was no acknowledgment, we had to approach staff outside just to ask for assistance. One response we received was, “You need help(after we asked🙄😒)?” which felt dismissive rather than helpful. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t improve once inside. There was little to no eye contact, and the staff member assisting us appeared visibly annoyed based on their facial expressions and body language. We were also not given clear information about what was available or what we could use, which made the visit more confusing than it should have been. Customer service should be consistent and professional, regardless of who the customer is. A welcoming attitude and clear communication go a long way. If interacting with customers is part of the role, it should be handled with a basic level of courtesy and respect. Based on this experience, I would not return or recommend this place to others."

"Good location. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Was disappointed in no breakfast. It was noisy as room next to housekeeping staff but front desk was willing to switch rooms for me."

"They should not be allowing these certain rooms to be rented out. This was literally opening a door and there being a bed there there was no room for luggage or anything else. It was insanely hot and even when I attempted to contact them to indicate that please if we could split to a different room or anything they were unable to accommodate. None of the locks were working most handles were hanging off not very safe."

"There was nothing comfy nor chic about the studio I stayed in. The pictures are deceptive. The property is run-down and the room needs a serious renovation. The decoris not chic, terrible, and nothing matches. The bed is hard and uncomfortable. The wall behind the bed has visible signs of water damage from the AC, which is EXTREMELY loud might I add. The bathroom is tiny, has mold on the ceiling and there's no shower glass to prevent the floor from getting wet. ."
