Für eine Nacht ok

Ich habe für eine Nacht gebucht. Der Preis war gut. Etwas kompliziert war die Schlüsselvergabe. Es gab keine reception sondern einen Tresor. Das Zimmer war sehr einfach und erinnerte mich an eine einfache Jugendherberge. Es gab keine Möglichkeit ein Getränk zu erwerben obwohl genug Platz für einen Automaten im Haus vorhanden ist. Das Frühstück im anderen haus war gut.

Sehr sauber. Zimmer war ruhig. Bett gemütlich. Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer ( nr. 12) . Sehr freundliches Personal. Es gab immer einen Parkplatz. Frühstück hat mir gut gefallen, genügend Auswahl an Aufschnitt und Käse. Fisch gab es auch. An einer Mascine könnte man sich selbst Kaffeespezialitäten zubereiten.

Im Hotel an der Stadtmauer sollten die Zimmer bzw. die Teppiche mal renoviert werden,hinter den Gardinen auch mal die Spinnweben entfernt werden.Aber im grossen und ganzen super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für Frühbucher

Die Suite ist ein Witz, alte Möbel, wild zusammen geworfen. Von jedem Dorf en Hund.....Nie wieder. Hotel zur Stadtmauer wird renoviert und man erfährt es erst vor Ort. Toller Service, an einer fast nie besetzten Rezeption.

Wir reisten mit Baby und hatten bestätigt bekommen, dass ein Babybett vorhanden sein würde. Dem war auch so. Leider fehlte der Boden. Als wir dies nach unserer Ankunft feststellten, war die rezeption schon zu. Die nacht war entsprechend unruhig, da das Baby mit im Bett schlief. Der Fußboden war voller Haare, Flusen und Krümel. Im Bett war eine tickende Uhr eingebaut. Am Bettrahmen ein großer verkrusteter Fleck, die Telefonschnu zum Hörer staubig, keustig verklebt. Sehr eklig alles... Wohlgemerkt zahlten wir 87 Euro pro Nacht. Wir beamstandeten die Dinge am nächsten Morgen. Man wolle sich kümmern. Bis zum Abend hatte sich nichts getan, wir sprachen die Dinfe erneut an. Man hätte keinen Biden für das Bett. Auf unser Drängen hin suchte die wirklich sehr engagierte rezeptionistin so lange, bis sie den Boden des babybettes fand und saugte einmal duech. Am Abreisetag taten wir unseren Unmut erneut kund. Wenn wir erneut dort übernachten sollten, bekämen wir ein Zimmer im 4sternehaus für einen preis, den wir selbst bestimmen könnten.

Good value in a good walkable location

The room was big for a budget priced hotel. The bathroom was clean and fully functional. There's a standard German shower stall and a one-piece sink/countertop. The only downside to the bathroom was there weren't enough places to hang towels - only hooks on the back of the door. The bed was good, and there were nightstands on both sides with power outlets. Also the desk had two outlets. The only odd thing was the check in is at the Hotel Mühlhausen Hof across the street. Breakfast and the restaurant are also there. Breakfast and dinners are both very nice. As the name implies the Hotel an der Stadtmauer is right next to the centuries-old city wall. There's a newer shopping mall just outside the wall with a local bus terminal about 5 minutes walk, and a couple of supermarkets a few more minutes walk away. The main train station is about 15 minutes walk although you could take a bus. There was much more to do and see inside and near the wall than we had expected in Mühlhausen. There are a number of churches with history dating to before and during the reformation. And the wall itself now has a self-guided tour available that takes you through several of the wall's towers. There's a very obscure small door near the Frauentor and a long set of stairs up. All of a sudden you find yourself at the lobby/ticket booth/gift shop. The admission is 4 Euros, but if you pay 7 Euros, you can get into a second museum, and we felt it was a really good deal.

Ruhiges Hotel direkt in der city

Nachtschlafender Zeit sehr ruhig.bei der Ankunft war der wegweiser zur Rezeption verwirrend. Toilettenpapier mußten wir von unserer Freundschaft mitbringen.Von 3 Nächten mußte ich 2 das Auto auf der Straße parken. Nur zum schlafen super.Gestört haben die vielen anrüchigen Fernsehsender,normale Sender konnte man an einer Hand abzählen .

Falsche Bewertungen durch Bestechung

Hotel-Rezeption nicht besetzt, übernahm ein anderes Hotel! Schlüssel abgeholt, dann ins gebuchte Hotel zum Zimmer. Überall Holzlackierungen abgeplatzt, Bezüge der Stühle kaputt und dreckig, Schimmel an Badezimmer-Decke, Zimmer und Bad wurden nicht richtig warm. Es gab nicht mal Handwaschseife, obwohl im Internet angegeben war, dass kosmetische Produkte vorhanden seien. Zum Glück hatte ich von meiner letzten Reise alles dabei. Woher kommt die so tolle Bewertung? Am Aufsteller im Zimmer erkannt: wer positiv bewertet, bekommt vom Chef nach einer e-Mail eine Flasche Champagner zugeschickt!!! Beim Auschecken wurde 10 Minuten darüber diskutiert, dass ich ja noch zahlen müsse, obwohl dies über Expedia vorab getan wurde. Buchung konnte ich nachweisen. Ende vom Lied war, dass ich ausgedruckt bekam, dass ich einer Abbuchung der im Portal hinterlegten Kreditkartennummer zustimme (nicht meine Nummer, sondern wohl von Expedia). Zusammenfassend: Völlig verplant, kalt, dreckig! Darüber hinweg täuscht die Bewertung, die sich durch eine Flasche Champagner erkaufen lässt!

Im Hotel an der Stadtmauer, war nur Übernachten möglich. Abendessen und Frühstück in einem ca. 100 m entfernten Lokal. Das Zimmer selbst war vollkommen in Ordnung, sauber & ruhig. Kein Service angetroffen.
