「Wow what an amazing experience we had at East twin cottage carmichael, the property is a little dated but very clean and in an amazing location. We had deer field for our back garden and we even witnessed a deer give birth just meters away from us on quite morning! They people who run the business are so friendly and helpful. 「We didn’t initially notice but the filth became evident the longer you were there. Bathroom has dog hairs and dust in very corner and surface. Kitchen also had dog hair, dust and crumbs on the ground. All the glassware was filthy and stained. Fridge had moldy food. Bread bin, also filthy with old bread crumbs. 「Caravan was comfortable and was OK for the couple of nights we stayed However some half used items of food had been left in the fridge and the furnishings were a little worn. Caravan and bed were creaky although this was mainly down to the high winds the weekend we were there.」

「The property was filthy. We reported the issues whilst we were there, and were advised to put it onto a feedback form when we left. We did this and have had no acknowledgement whatsoever.
