"Breakfast bar was closed but staff allowed us to get our meal before they cleaned up. Staff was very cordial and the room was spacious."

"We arrived at 1:30pm and were asked to wait since check in was not until 3pm. When we went back at 4pm we were made to wait until 5:30pm since as per staff they were short housekeepers and required more time. As well even though we tried checking in at 1:30pm and left since no rooms were available other guests that came after us were checked in before us. Be advised the room had a strong smell of Marijuana. So I would definitely not recommend. "

"Night shift dude has the worse attitude. Not the guy that was in training but the reg night shift dude. Needed a sheet or something for the dirty sofa in my room, he refused to give me one. Day shift guy said, "no here's an entire bed in a bag." I also don't recommend this place for kids. This hotel is more like a motel with motel type people. The AC, there is no way to stop it from blowing on "north pole." The two-story room is a good concept but for a no smoking hotel, the hallway smelled like weed and my room smelled like cigarettes. I don't have time to add photos, but also the room looked like it needed paint, the doors where wore and scuffed."

"The staff is very nice. The breakfast was better than expected. Unfortunately, they work at an old hotel that has been poorly maintained. The pool was not usable. There are multiple pallets stored in the lobby area. The gym has broken equipment. Both beds in my room are worn out and noisy. The door to the parking lot acknowledged my room key on Friday, but not Saturday. The room door did not meet the minimum 20-minute fire rating requirement."
