Located in the heart of the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, a 20-minute walk from the circuit's south entrance and close to the Cormier area (bakery, "Quality Fruits" supermarket, McDonald's, Leroy Merlin, Gifi, etc.), we offer an approximately 65 m² apartment with: - A well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster (as well as crockery and cooking utensils). - A living room with a comfortable sofa equipped with a slatted base and a mattress for two people, with a television and free Wi-Fi. - A lovely bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed, as well as a shower and sink area. - A toilet Separate. - A terrace equipped with a table and chairs for 6 people. - Parking spaces. This apartment is adjacent to the main residence, so you can enjoy the outdoor space (5 hectares available for our horses). Linens (sheets, bath and hand towels, dish towels) are provided. We will welcome you and the keys will be handed to you personally.
