“Check in was great and the host was amazing. It was a nice house to stay in the only thing missing is outdoor furniture. The weather was nice and we wanted to sit outside. Otherwise we had a great stay. Thank you Simeon for letting us stay at your home.”

“The home was in a nice location in Anderson. It was easy to check in. The hot tub was clean and at normal levels, however the pool needed cleaned and the chlorine levels were low. It had a good selection of games to play for our family. The house did not cool off well; we set it to 68 and it stayed 78 throughout the day. The floors needed to be mopped and it was a bit dusty and had a musty smell. Overall, If it was cleaned better, we would rent again.”

“Our second stay for a family cemetery project.Nice safety improvements since we visited - a railing on the steps to the second floor, a grab bar and mat for the tub.The atmosphere feels homey despite some quirks as a result of the home’s age.Easy stay.”

“Clean and well furnished”

We could hear the people in the unit next to us, but we all went to bed at a decent hour, so it was not a problem. I only mention it because if you……

“A gem. If I ever need to stay in Marion again, I would book this place.”

“Location was great and host were very attentive to our needs.”

“Perfect for my mother in law and her sister! ”

“The house was close to the Gas City Performing Arts Center, which was the purpose of our visit. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and the house was generally clean, but overall it was very outdated, worn and in need of some TLC.”

“Great location, impeccably clean, comfortable.”

“Very clean. Need to get some new cookware (skillet). I do have some mobility issues so it would be nice to have a railing into home and down stairs in laundry room. I really appreciate how clean this home was. Was nice to have the Keurig and pods. Also thank you for letting us stay an extra day that my husband could spend a little more time with his parents that are 92 years old . Dad was in hospital. Thank you again”

“Great communication. Great place to stay.I would stay there again.”
