「This was our second visit to the Dell. It’s in a perfect, quiet location, just a short walk from the shops and beautiful beach. The chalet was very clean and well equipped; the kitchen had every utensil we could need! The only thing that would improve our stay a little is the option of a slightly earlier check in, as the day is nearly over by 4 p.m., and slightly later checkout than 10 a.m. 」

「Lovely staff, great food, no complaints at all. Suggestion, maybe change the radio channel in the breakfast room, it’s a bit drab. Put some music on in the bar, such a nice bar but very quiet without some background music. Maybe a few barstools too to break up the seating. Overall really enjoyed my few nights away!」

Because the hotel was closed for refurbishment - and EXPEDIA failed to notify us prior to travelling - and also EXPEDIA refused to share our phone number with the hotel so they were unable to inform us in advance of our arrival - fortunately the hotel staff were able to assist us in gettinga ccomodation nearby. 「The room was clean and tidy, staff were pleasant and helpful. The food in the restaurant was good and varied. The only drawback for us was the lack of a cooked breakfast. I didn't like the continental offering, There was however a fridge in the room. We took our dog with us for which we paid 35 pounds there was nothing provided for the dog」

「Generally good, clean & well equipped. We did have problems with the shower which would only maintain temperature for approx 1 min & then would turn freezing cold. The only way to reset it was to turn it off & back on again for another 1 minute warm shower. Otherwise a nice property with comfy sofas & good value for money. 」
