「For our purpose this was great. Clean comfortable functional (common kitchen in large common space). Cozy hotel ! I would stay there again if price was similar.」

「The apartment is spacious, beds are comfy, yet the shower door cannot be closed properly so the water is very easy to spill out and the hair dryer is not working. Some of the venetian blinds were missing that made me feeling a bit insecure since people can peek from outside. The entrance is a bit hard to find but there are few restaurants and convenience stores nearby」

「Flott og tilbaketrukket leilighetskompleks midt i Canggu. Veldig flott med korte avstander til restauranter, shopping og stranda. Veldig fint med store tanker med Balianvann i leiligheten, og god aircondition som gjør at temperaturen er levelig selv om det er varmt og fuktig ute. Vi reiste med en liten baby, som gjorde at vi ønsket å bo i leilighet. Det fungerte fint for det aller meste, men vær obs på at det er trapper og trappetrinn overalt. Canggu er heller ikke veldig babyvennlig, så dette...

「My partner and I communicated timely with staff to arrange an airport transfer upon arrival. This was also confirmed by e-mail. Flight details were provided but on the day of arrival, we had to wait 40 minutes until we were picked up. This is unacceptable for a 5-star establishment. The driver was apparently waiting at International Arrivals while we had a domestic flight. If hotel staff would've checked our flight details properly, they would have noticed that we flew from Jakarta to Den Pasar....

「This hotel has a good swimming pool with clean water. Children are having a good time to play in the pool. The staff are smiling and kind. The environment is very quiet, and there are only five rooms in this hotel. Though the room is very large, it is not very clean and the facilities are old. Therefore this hotel is suitable for family travel accommodation and people who like large space, but don't care about the cleanness.」

「You get what you paid for. On positive note .Was private safe and reasonably quite. Bedding clean changed sheets every day .Unit cleaned everyday . All essential shopping close by. Staff pleasant however no english speaking staff. Stayed extra night due to flight change they accomadated me. Overall pleasent and clean stay. 」

「숙소가 너무 더럽고 낙후됨 먼지가 굴러다니고 손에 잡히는 모든게 먼지가 묻어 있음. 청소를 했는지 모르겠음 개미가 돌아다님. 직원들의 반은 영어 의사소통이 원활하고 나머지 반은 잘 되지 않음. 체크 아웃할때도 10분이나 기다렸으나 직원이 안보여 카드를 로비에 두고옴. 샤워 물도 이상하게 나오나 가격이 저렴하고 서핑을 주요 용도로 사용하기에는 꾸따 해변 바로 앞이라 괜찮음. 」

「房間裝修設備都不錯，可是水壺很髒，被子跟床單更髒，勉強睡了一晚，第二天要求更換，晚上7點回去還沒有換，追問負責人，本來說已經換了，後來又說床單拿去洗了，8點送回來給我們換，酒店很安靜，露台景色很好，可以有些事情沒有交代清楚，像出門坐Buggy的安排，什麼的都要WhatsApp練習職員才可以，就是如果什麼都列清楚了會更好。」

「Staff hotel sangat ramah dan membantu. Apartemen 3 kamarnya sangat luas dng kmr mandi dalam di setiap kamar. Dapur yg dilengkapi kulkas, kompor listrik, oven, microwave dan dispenser air. Berada di lingkungan yg tenang. Cocok utk keluarga dan rombongan yg tidak suka suasana ramai. Kekurangannya hotel ini terlihat kurang terawat, out of date, sayang sekali krn hotelnya cukup besar. Overall apartment butuh perbaikan dan pembaruan utk perlengkapan dan perabotannya. Peralatan dapurnya hanya ada...

「me and my friends 5 person and request a taxi to town, but the staff said didn't knew and then staff attitude very bad and they are not helpful.the hotel location very far from every places.not decide to stay again and not suggest if you decide to play outdoor or sight seeing .」

「服務人員十分友善，幫我們換成了雙人床的房間。飯店位置離烏布市場不遠，交通便利。房間整潔。缺點就是隔音效果不佳，隔壁房間使用馬克杯的碰撞聲都能聽見，隱私程度稍微差了點。」
