    The 90 m² accommodation in Egling offers space for a maximum of 5 people. It consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 1 person, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a separate WC. Facilities include WLAN (suitable for video calls), TV, soundbar, baby crib and a high chair for children. There is also a table tennis table, board games and children's toys.



    Enjoy the shared outdoor facilities, including a garden, an open terrace and a barbecue. Guests can use a sauna for an additional fee.



    The property has a bicycle storage room with free charging facilities for e-bikes.

    Free parking is available on the property.

    Pets are not allowed, nor are smoking, candles or holding events.

Alles perfekt!

Pros: Wünderschöne, neu ausgebaute, geräumige und moderne Ferienwohnung mit liebevollen Details, etwas außerhalb gelegen, dafür aber sehr ruhig. Den Kindern gefiel vor allem der tolle Spielbereich in der Scheune mit Dartscheibe, Basketballkorb und Tischtennisplatte und das gemütliche Hochbett. Tolle Gastgeber, die uns sehr nett empfangen und mit zahlreichen Tipps für mögliche Aktivitäten versorgt haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder! Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage bei euch!

This is a truly lovely apartment. Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) really enjoyed our stay. Our kids said it was the nicest place they had ever stayed and we parents agree! The apartment itself was bright, airy, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped. The beds were so comfortable! We enjoyed spending time playing darts, ping pong, and soccer too. Annette and René couldn’t have been more welcoming hosts. A wonderful place to stay for anyone looking for a couple of days in the country with still easy enough access to Munich!
