Good interior design and breakfast
The hotel is great, cozy and beautiful interior design even in shared dormitory, the safe is large enough to accommodate luggage and bags. Impressive on the variety of breakfast foods and drinks (a plus to different fruit juices everyday). The staff are helpful as always. If i have to pick on something, the aircon in the share dormitory is not sufficient, I woke up everynight becoz it was too hot. Anyway, I will definitely live in this hotel the next time I travel in Munich

Das Hotel ist hat ein gutes Konzept um die jungen Reisegruppen und gleichzeitig Famlien unterzubringen. Trotz der teilweise sehr lebhaften Jugendreisegruppen im Hotel haben wir in unserem Zimmer von diesen nichts gehört. Räumlich gut getrennt und insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr gut schallisoliert. Nichts von draußen zu hören und auch von den Nachbarzimmern. Das Personal ist freundlich, die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist klein, aber die Qualität ist gut. Mein einziger Kritikpunkt betrifft das Rührei, das scheint wohl aus Fertigei herstegestellt worden zu sein. Ziemlich fest, nicht fluffig, aber dann ist auch Schluss. Kaffetrinken mit leckerem Kuchen im Garten war auch möglich. Die U-Bahn ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und drei Stationen später ist man im Zentrum. Meine Familie und ich haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Es gibt wirklich fast ausschließlich nur positives zum Hotel. Zimmer sind sehr sauber und Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder sind gut. Service war auch sehr gut. Frühstück ist auch gut nur das Angebot etwas weniger als gewohnt.

Sehr stylisches und gut gelegenes Hotel. Bei Bedarf kann auch ein wirklich sehr gutes Frühstück dazu gebucht werden. Wir haben das 6er Zimmer gebucht und die Kinder fanden es so richtig toll.

Leider war die Stimmung in dem ansonsten sehr hübschen Haus sehr unterkühlt und man hatte den Eindruck, dass die Mitarbeiter aufgrund von Anweisungen der Geschäftsleitung nicht sehr motiviert, freundlich und unaufmerksam waren. Es kann beispielsweise keine Zwischenrechnung erstellt werden und ein Deposit wird zusätzlich auf der Kreditkarte geblockt, was mir bis dato noch in keinem Hotel unterkam. Man fühlte sich nicht wirklich willkommen...

Our room was strange, there were four of us in a room with 3 bunk beds. The entire hotel was extremely clean, everything new. The decoration and vibe of the place are very good. The bathroom was huge and comfortable with the toilet separate from the showers. It is not in the center but you can walk there or use the subway. Breakfast is not included but it is excellent. Very convenient parking within the same property. What I didn't like is that it doesn't have a refrigerator or anything to be able to eat something in the room. Without a doubt a hotel to recommend.

Beautiful design hotel
Beautiful hotel, great design, just like the photos. Very well decorated rooms. Really comfortable bathroom with separate spaces. Good breakfast with quality products, the variety should be a little better. One small thing, there should be a bigger living room for the residents, to relax and have a cup of coffee, something sweet for the kids. Afternoon and evening the breakfast room is closed.

Tolles Hotel
Ein sehr schönes kleines Hotel an hervorragender Lage direkt neben der Theresienwiese. Es ist sehr sauber und das Personal ist freundlich. In der Tiefgarage gibt es Ladestationen für E-Autos zu einem sehr fairen Preis von 38Cent/KWh (Stand 9. Dezember 2023). Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen: Die Brezeln am Frühstücksbuffet sind eine Beleidigung für bayrische Brezeln. Die sind gerade mal halb so gross wie meine Hand und dadurch so hart, dass sie eher an die kleinen Salzbrezeln als an richtige bayrische Brezeln erinnern.

I loved staying here, I liked that it was a bit outside of the city center but it’s 2 transit stops into the center of everything. It was beautiful with all the snow, the breakfast was great, the rooms were clean and I appreciated that the lights would turn off automatically in spaces where people weren’t walking. I definitely plan to stay here again when I return to Munich.

Estaba todo muy limpio y el hotel está muy nuevo, la insonorización y la climatización eran lo mejor. En cuanto al personal, percibimos grandes diferencias en el trato entre unos miembros del staff y otros. Algún camarero en el desayuno tuvo gestos bruscos y maleducados. Otros, muy profesionales y encantadores. Como sugerencia, en las cenas había una carta reducida de lunes a miércoles y otra más amplia de jueves a domingo. Nos hubiera encantado que todos los días estuviera la carta ampliada.

Great place! Staff were very helpful towards us tourists and even gave me a few lessons in German, haha. Breakfast buffet is great, and restaurant staff were accommodating after regular hours. Our only complaint is that the AC quit one night and, being it was July, our room became "toasty."

Mükemmel bir lokasyonda, harika bir otelde kaldık. Otel personeli çok güler yüzlüydü. Metroya beş dakikada gidiyorduk, hemen yanında da harika bir müze var. Kahvaltıyı da beğendim. Odalar ise çok temizdi. Kaldığım en temiz oteldi.
