優點是離車站很近，附近超市、藥妝、吃東西都很方便。共預訂四人入住，其中一張是沙發床，非常不好睡，雖然是公寓式飯店，但只有兩台共用的洗衣機，而且飯店清潔人員似乎也會用同樣的洗衣機洗飯店內更換下來的東西，得等他們用完才排的到，感覺不太好。最後退房要寄放行李，講得好聽是有提供這個服務，但是某一位服務人員非常愛碎唸，邊幫你登記，邊抱怨他們放行李位子不夠，整體住宿的感覺不怎麼好。

Directly book thru Bayer is cheaper than hotel.com
Close to central train station. But the area looks unsafe with many “game centers” and “bars” nearby. There are some beggars in this area, need to mind the pick pockets. The hotel staff told me better to book directly through Bayer’s website which is much cheaper!

1. 離車站及超市都近，位置優良。Excellent location. 2. 服務人員熱心親切。The staff are friendly and excellent. 3. 房間乾淨舒適，四人住也不會太小，還有簡易廚房可使用。The room is clean and comfortable and the room size is enough for four people. 4. 房間大門門鎖非常非常非常難開。The door lock is very difficult to open. 5. 沙發床有些不穩。The sofa bed is not stable. 6. 附近街道人較多，行走時需較留意安全。There are more people in the street near the hotel.

Location is very central and close to the train station, but the area is not particularly nice. The equipment is servicable, but not top notch - I wouldn't recommend the bed sofa for adults (it was fine for our kids).

We had the one bedroom apartment. Comfy bed, immaculate bathroom, a full equipped kitchen. The housekeeping was done everyday. Great communication with reception as we were delayed 24 hours due to the snow early December. Walking distance to all the main site. I would definitely stay again.

I loved this property and the staff! The hotel is clean and well managed. Staff was really friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us during the Munich snowstorm. Property is very walkable to local transportation.

Clean apartment with functional bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom is in the bedroom, which is awkward if some of your guests stay on the pullout in the living room. They have coin-operated laundry machines (2 washers and 2 dryers) in the basement but do not have a coin machine. The front desk will ask you to go to the coffee shop next door to ask for coins if you have cash. The hotel is located on a very noisy street but with windows closed it isn't too bad. The smell of baking from the coffee shop travelled into our room and was amazing every morning. The walk to the city center was short but there are also transit options nearby. I would definitely stay here again!

Das Hotel war wunderschön und ruhig! Vom Hauptbahnhof sind es nur 5 Minuten zum Hotel, und in der Nähe gibt es Restaurants und Märkte. Nur das Schlafsofa hat mich gestört, weil es unbequem war und viel Lärm machte. Ansonsten ist alles super!

Didn’t know what to expect but this was a pretty cool place in the middle of Munich. Only a few minutes walk to the Marienplatz area. Odd that outside the hotel it seemed like it could be a bit unsafe, but inside I felt secure. Only “issue” was that the construction guys started pretty early but nothing could be done to prevent that. The family all seemed to enjoy this spot.

날씨가 너무 더웠으나 에어컨이 없는 거실에 선풍기는 고장이었음. 바로 교체해줘서 다행이긴 했지만, 조명도 세군데나 켜지지 않아서 다음날 오전 교체해주기로 했지만 밤에 숙소에 들어왔을때 교체가 안되어있었고 여전히 어두웠음. 화장실이 변기와 샤워실 일체이고 하나뿐이어서 여러명이 묶을경우 불편함을 감수해야함. 창문이 하나가 잠기지 않아 외부소리에 그대로 노출됨. 컵이 두개나 깨져있는데 그대로 사용하고 있었고 베게커버도 사용감이 있어 찝찝했으며 침대매트 상태안좋음. 좋았던점은 뮌헨중앙역에서 가깝다는것이나 주변이 너무 저저분하고 냄새가 많이 나며 밤에 시끄러웠음.

Very close to several gambling centers, so streets are packed with gamblers all day long, some look a little dangerous and is very different from all other places in Munich.
