酒店在網站照片表面新淨，但部份設施陳舊有損壞，最奇怪的是房門都是壞的，不需要用pass都可以除手開門，lift lobby的門本應要用pass開門先可進入，但又故意unlock咗佢，保安問題真是非常嚴重。 酒店部份層數是餐廳後門及貨倉，出入搭lift時都要小心安全。

Nice Hotel near Munich train station
I came Buddy Hotel for three days. The staff are friendly. The room is clean and everything prepared well. There are couple vending machine which you can pretty much get food and drinks you want. The worst thing about the hotel is that they don’t have a safe and a fridge in the room.

Highly recommended to everyone! Lovely location with everything you need and just next to the train station exit ! And just opposite to the main shopping and sightseeing area ! Staffs are very nice and helpful ! It will be better if they have refrigerator in room ! Rooms with great design and equipment

location is good. just at Karlsplatz train station. and is only 15 mins from Munchen Hbf. supermarket, drug store, chocolate shop, food court a/v at Karlsplatz train station!! walking distance to marienplatz. room is clean, size is okay, able to open 2 luggages at the same time. bathroom and toilet is clean and enough lighting.shampoo, soap, tissue paper was provided. air conditioner functions well. 3-4 electric socket a/v for charging. a touch pad was provided for net surfing. Wifi provided but of low speed.

Perfect tiny hotel
very cheap price to get this so modern and convenient hotel, I like every in the Buddy's, like just at exit F of Carsplatzs, free Nespressor cafe, free take to go snakes and fruits, electronic adjustable bed, and well design for this so tiny room.

友善、乾淨、方便的商旅
地點非常好，距離舊城區和中央車站都很近，附近有超市和dm、muller。旅館小巧乾淨，床很好睡，房間小了點，但設計精巧，完全不影響整體住房舒適度，早上還有麵包蘋果任住客使用。下次回到慕尼黑仍是我的首選。

適逢慕尼黑有個展覽會，酒店房間非常緊張而且很貴，原本對Buddy Hotel不抱有很大期望，但是卻給了我驚喜！酒店check in是時下歐洲很流行的self check in，在您到埠之前，酒店系統會send email給您填寫住客信息，所以self check in時就不需要再次填寫，機器可方便快捷地打印出自動分配給您的房卡。我們給分配到Rm605，建築物的頂層，擁有很好的景觀！可以看到聖母教堂的塔頂！酒店6樓是剛裝修好沒多久，很新凈，房間很大且明亮，全部雙層玻璃落地窗，雖近主干道但沒受到噪音滋擾。

This hotel is cute and the staff and processes were efficient, the room is just extremely small. It’s a very tight squeeze for two people with luggage so bear that in mind. The location was good about 15 min to main areas of Munich. Room was clean and comfortable besides the size was great. I expect a small room in Europe this one was just very very small

Als Kunst- und Geschichtsinteressierte ist der Standort die beste Lage - wir waren schon dreimal da, Helle Zimmer, alles klappte prima. Semmel, Äpfel ganztägig bei der Rezeption. Room was good but we had windows overlooking the main street and it was really loud and difficult to sleep. Beds were not very comfortable. Perhaps a room towards the back would’ve been quieter. Location was convenient for our departure the next day.

The hotel is conveniently located in front of subway entrance. Good restaurants around the hotel. Great service from male staff in the lobby. He suggested us with good local German restaurants. Very helpful. Heard a fight at 4am from room next door. Sounded like someone was pushed into the wall. There was a leak around the windows allowing the water to come in, making window sills wet. There was black mold near the windows caused by the water leak.

The location and price of the hotel is the big selling point. Rooms are really small but ultra modern and every bit of space utilised. If you are looking for a romantic trip away then this is not the hotel for you... If you are looking for a central Base to explore Munich then this is ideal

Leider wurde unsere gute Laune bei der Ankunft von einem inkompetenten, unfreundlichen und motzenden Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption direkt zunichte gemacht. Er ließ uns spüren, dass wir weder willkommen noch erwünscht waren. Anscheinend störten wir seine Ruhe beim Handyspielen. Ansonsten ein top sauberes und gut gelegendes Hotel.
