Limited facilities in the room
The room provide very limited things only . In the room,there is no telephone , no kettle to boil hot water, no fridge to chill food. They can only help you put in their fridge in restaurant if you want.No coffee tea bag provide as no coffee machine. The room we stayed need to go down around 10 steps staircase to reach the room even after we took the lift which was totally inconvenient as we had a few heavy luggages. The best thing is the WiFi which is very fast and stable.

Very close to main station. Hotel quiet & comfortable. Easy to buy things anywhere. The family room is good for 4 of us. But the price is a little bit higher. I book the room for 1st 3 days at a reasonable price but it is 30% higher when I add 1 more day few days later. System cannot combine the bookings & I had to pay more.

Good Location
Very close to the Munich Hbf. The room is comfortable. Before we joined the ECO program (skip house keeping), the receptionist told us that we can get clean towels at the reception. However, the staff argued for this when we requested towels in the evening. Except this experience, everything is good.

The location is convenient, it is very close to the main station. The hotel is modern and the room is so clean and big. Staff is so helpful and polite. However, there is no refrigator in the room.

我是單獨女性出遊，對我來說交通方便離車站很近約5分鐘路程，服務人員很親切，房間乾淨，很有特色，給雙人床還有附小沙發，廁所較小但一個人住很適合，很推薦大家來住

Very near the central train station and the breakfast is yummy. But the floor in the hotel room is quite dirty. Walk with bare feet is not possible as you may find grey dust on your foot soles.

很好很方便的位置，很有设计感的酒店，可能不会第一眼马上看到，但火车站过去5分钟左右，绿色的Logo还比较鲜艳。房间除了没有垃圾桶，其他都还不错，一楼吧台有热水，所以也不用担心。

新穎整潔，舒適，交通便利，購物方便(火車站地下商店)
我們原本預訂了標準雙人房 (Cosy Alm)三晚，到達酒店時，很幸運的把我們升級到35平方米的1間臥室套房 (Maisonette / Cocoon Chalet)，十分驚喜！ 優點： - 房間很大，設施很新 - 房間內有兩層，兩層都各自有一個廁所及浴室(還有雨淋式花灑) - 獨立休息區很舒適，床區空間足夠 - 隔音很好 - 有WIFI - 空氣流通舒適 - 鄰近火車站，所以交通便利 - 如果選擇不提供清潔客房服務，可以有相應的餐飲或食品回贈 - 早餐區及大堂很新潮，是牧場及纜車 - 升降機是纜車電影，很新潮 缺點： - 風筒只有一個 - 初到時樓下房間只在窗框有燈，被閣樓遮了光，所以在廚房十分黑，最後要求加座地燈 - 如果每天都要走動十分的話，在酒店還要上下樓梯

Perfection! This hotel is fantastic in every aspect. The only criticism I have is that they charge an additional fee if you arrive a little bit early and a room is available. (The official check-in time is 3pm. We arrived at 12:30pm.) This seems to be a relatively new trend - a way to make more money from guests. If a room is ready, it should be made available without any extra charges. Also, it is best not to justify it with "all hotels do this", especially since it is not true.

Poor Stay
Very small room. Poor lighting as of you are staying in a real cabin in the middle of the forest. Room has no drinking cups and no fridge. Had to collect cups from the front desk. No fridge means we could not buy milk or fruit juice to keep. Asked for a kettle because its winter and need to make hot drinks and was given one that looked like un-descaled in the last 10 years. Totally unusable. Shame on the hotel for keeping it as a relic. Staff (except for 1) looked uninterested all the time and slightly grouchy. Bathroom door is faulty causing water to seep out from the shower area into the dry area. Hot food served at breakfast were all salty especially the eggs. The hotel does provide free bottled water. You just pick it up from the counter. But this minor service does not make up for all the missing amenities and services usually offered by a standard hotel.
