Sara and Ben, the onsite managers were very professional and helpful. But the property was designed to be a long term rental (1 month - longer) and it was not set up for short stays. There were no soaps, dishwashing liquid, sponges, etc. We were there for three weeks and had to ask for supplies often and had change rooms after a few dsys as there was no tv (as advertised). I blame all of this in the owners.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war ideal für mich, da sich die UBahnstation U4/5 in nur 1min Laufnähe befindet und ich zum Internat meiner Tochter fahren konnte ohne Unsteigen zu müssen. Die Unterkunft selbst ist trotz belebter Straße sehr ruhig, man hört keinen Lärm von außen. Das Appartmen in dem ich war, war ebenerdig und einsehbar von der Gemeinschaftsterrasse aus. Deshalb musst ich die Vorhänge meist geschlossen halten. Aufgrunddessen war es sehr dunkel im Appartment. Bei meiner Ankunft bemerkte ich, dass die Fernbedienung des Fernsehers fehlte und benachrichtigte die Verwaltung (Ben und Sara) darüber. Sie versprachen die Fernbedienung zu ersetzen, das geschah leider nicht. Am Abreisetag fragte ich, ob ich nach dem Check-out mein Gepäck 1Std im Hof stehen lassen könnte, das wurde abgelehnt. Ein Minuspunkt der Ausstattung: es gibt kein Bügeleisen (obwohl Appartments für Longstay-Urlauber gedacht sind). Waschmaschine im Waschkeller. Waschen kostet 4.50€, Trocknen 3.50€. Sehr nett eingerichtetes Appartment; eine Community, wie von Ben und Sara auf ihrer Webside beschrieben, gibt es keine. War für mich aber ok.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
2 kamers gezien, 1 op de 4de verdieping met vaatwasser, zeep, kapstokken zonder terras en 1 op verdieping 2 zonder zeep,kapstokken of vaatwasser maar met balkon. Bij mijn verhuis heb ik dan maar zeep en kapstokken (enkele) meegenomen van kamer a naar kamer b. Wat een geluk, want aanvullen doen we niet. Housekeeping komt 1 keer per week en dat is ok maar binnen de 5 minuten zijn ze weer weg. De lakens worden vervangen, wat gestofzuigd en punt. Ik had meer werk met alles mooi in te pakken zodat er niets in de weg zou liggen, maar eens met een natte dweil rondgaan, de tafel schoon maken...niets. ik mocht al blij zijn met schone handdoeken want ik kreeg ook een badmat als handdoek. Zeep wordt niet aangevuld, 2 piepkleine flesjes voor 3 weken. 3 koffie capsules voor 3 weken, geen zeep om even je handen te wassen. Nochtans kan een bus met een pomp in alles voorzien, handen en douche, goedkoper en ecologischer. Het ergste, de airco die compleet niet werkte. De technische ploeg stond erbij, keek. Geen comments of communicatie. Ik voelde me compleet belachelijk gemaakt. Beter bij A&O gaan logeren, geen airco maar dat weet je en je krijgt een ventilator. Hier vroeg ik ook een ventilator, met begrip voor whatever maar niets. De kamer was fris, alleen niet voor mij (28 graden) en ik kon zelf mijn kleine ventilator gaan kopen, 140€ extra. Stilte, verduisterende gordijnen, ah nee, licht en klokgelui want open raam. Wifi viel voortdurend compleet uit. Een fles zure wijn helpt niet ! NOOIT!!
