Very convenient hotel to the train station and an easy walk to the city center with plenty of restaurants. An added bonus is that the Lufthansa Airport Express bus to the airport is only a block walk away.

Everything is excellent: location, cleanleaness, staff, services. The only two things to watch for is the absence of ac in certain rooms (those called the ´classic room’), and the tram noise in the rooms on the side of the Bayerstrasse. This noise is like airplanes taking off all night.

We traveled with a 5 years old boy and the staff prepared a little bed for him in the room. This was an amazing detail and he felt great having his own bed. Super clean and perfect location for tourist attractions.

We walked here with our luggage from the Munich train station. It wasn't far at all. I'd say about 5 or so minutes. Upon entering we were cheerfully greeted and immediately checked in. The lobby was warm and inviting. Our room was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed for our stay and we were able to get an iron when we wanted to press a few things. The bathroom was on the smaller side but very clean, had hested floors and as I mentioned had everything we needed. The staff were very professional and helpful. We had breakfast one morning which was very good but the cost was on the high side. The concierge ordered the airport service that we needed to Munich Airport for our departure. Our driver was great and we appreciated that they could be there at 4am to pick us up. Also checkout at that time was a breeze. We had a great stay and would definitely come here again.

Warning: When booking a room specifically ask for upper floors and …….AVOID rooms overlooking Bayerstrase when the noisy trams run until late at night Staff were friendly and hotel very clean. However, being allocated the wrong room with inadequate AC takes a rating from 8.5 / 9 down to a poor 5 out of 10
