Great property close to the Olympiapark. Right by a Subway station and simple to get anywhere in Munich. Room was spotless. Lots of green areas to explore.

The only possible complaint I can think of is that the bed was slightly stiff for my liking. Everything else was wonderful. Staff were all helpful and the hotel was very clean and well maintained. Very nice place to stay.

Really clean building, you may have to check in/out at the adjacent hotel H2, as the service desk here is rarely manned, but other than that this is a superb accommodation. Parking below, all access via card key.

The rooms are great with a nice bistro below but this is not a good area to experience Munich. It is an area of busy roads, large office buildings and zero soul. Not a bar or nice restaurant in sight ☹️

Good place. Restaurant on site great as well. One lady at the front desk was really nice. Thank you. I did not get her name. Delivery of mail was great as well. Convenient PACKSTATION right in front of the properties and apartments. Side walk and nearby places are good. Laundry on site is clean. Gas station on the corner has plenty of groceries and items to stock the apartment. Anything else. Cleaning crew obedient and here when they are needed. I recommend using their gloves when cleaning the bathroom. Once or twice a week for cleaning is good for the whole apartment except for the kitchen.

Simple place that has all I wanted. Only thing is that there were some missing kitchenette but you can ask the reception for those missing items. Overall, it was a great place to stay. Will definitely come here again if I need a place to stay

Not a bad place for a short stay

Nice, modern, new, clean studio with fully equipped kitchen. Quiet, close to the metro station on U3. Fast internet. The studio apartment is small in size but is good for one night.

Up North of Munich

The reception is in the hotel next door The card didn’t work The receptionist gave me another room as the room the main reception have me was occupied The room is nice Tho it does not have a DOUBLE BED as advertised large single . I spoke to Hotels.com about this The staff .. non existent .. Outside in the big courtyard is shared with the hotel next door same company and student accommodation Can be noisey . The area is boring nothingness …luckily … the u bahn is right outside almost part of the hotel one entrance . They should have better and more towels and English language tv channels It was ok but wouldn’t stay again
