The room price was high but it was a good price considering that it was Oktoberfest, the hotel location (walkable to Oktoberfest and Hbf) and it was a 4-star hotel. The twin-bed room on fifth floor was spacious and cozy. There were not many choices for meals in the neighborhood but we could eat in other parts of Munich. The only problem we had was the lifts. There were two lifts but only one of them served my floor. It were out of order several times, thus we had to walk up/down five floors. Not sure if it was because some guests misbehaved during Oktoberfest. You might take the lift down one floor, but the waiting time was too long for us.

整體來說還不錯，但所在區域較複雜！
房間寬敞、備品齊全，有熱水壺和茶包，也很乾淨，離火車站也近，衛浴的浴缸有些水漬，整體來說是個CP值很高的飯店，但是所在區域有聲色場所、比較複雜，同行的大學生說會害怕，建議要把這一點納入訂房的考量。

離中央車站南出口很近，地點方便
在這個飯店僅是過一個晚上，因為火車誤點，晚上11點多才check in，早上6點多就check out，櫃檯辦理速度很快。在飯店停留時間不長，就僅睡一晚的感覺是，房間還算舒適，離火車站南出口只要步行五分鐘以內，很方便。雖然附近有一些聲色場所，但不致於感到不安全。

Close to the Munich train station, great to stay if u would be going on day trip to other cities like Fussen or Salzburg. A supermarket and a good breakfast place BackWerk are just opposite to the hotel, very convenient.

Für ein, zwei Nächte in München empfehlenswert.
Das Hotel liegt im Bahnhofsviertel. Es gibt viele kleine Läden und Restaurants im Umkreis. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr groß, die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Auch das Bad benötigt eine Renovierung, Sauberkeit so lala. Aufgrund der Coronavetordnungen wurde das Frühstück (sehr lecker) aufs Zimmer serviert. Für ein, zwei Nächte in München ist das Hotel empfehlenswert.

Beim Einchecken war ein Zimmer noch nicht bereit (gebrauchte Bettwäsche der Vorgänger noch vorhanden) jedoch sofort und problemlos ein anderes Zimmer erhalten. Bezüglich sauberkeit: Im einten Zimmer noch Traubenreste vom Vorgänger unter dem Bett.
