Pros: convenient check in and check out, physically clean room, easy public transit to Oktoberfest, “honest bar” where you can get very reasonably priced drinks and small snacks and pay at a kiosk Cons: not much around besides fast food and a chain Italian restaurant, bathroom smelled of sewage the whole time despite looking clean

Am I treating concept for a hotel which seems to work well. Room was good size and spotlessly clean and the corner “wood burner” was a nice touch. Only shame was the smart TV couldn’t connect to Apple products, only android.

Super clean- hot shower was amazing! Great Italian restaurant across the parking lot and a grocery store across the street! $50 uber ride each way to downtown Munich was the only real issue. No a/c but luckily it was cool out and they gave us a fan which worked out!

The property was so stylish and chic. Whilst it is a bit further out from the centre of Munich, there are great transport options on your doorstep with a supermarket across the road and many eateries right on your doorstep too. Really appreciated the free coffee from the espresso machine in the lounge area. Was good. There are also free washing facilities for your laundry needs.

Interesting concept of not having staff on site. It worked for us, accept we don’t speak German so it took us a minute to figure out our room number with access from the email. The room was really nice and it’s a good location.

This was an ‘apart’ hotel with no staff or check in. The quality of the room was excellent and free parking was available. Check in process was fine with access code being emailed 24 hours prior to arrival. To get this you must register beforehand when requested to do so. The property also had an ‘honesty’ bar available (where you pay for what you use) with free coffee. I would say this was very good value for money and only 25 mins drive to Munich airport.
