Got free upgrade, the check-in guy was really friendly. Underground car park with hight limited 1.9m/ 14€ a day. The room is really nice, bright and clean. But the towel were not so clean, still can see the black-used mark.

離地鐵滿近的，房間有小型的廚房（微波爐）可以使用，枕頭有點低（後來有再還旅館多要兩個枕頭），每天都有免費的啤酒和水各2瓶可免費使用。環境安靜。

性價比高，離瑪麗恩廣場只走20分鐘，有大型超市HIT及DM，近火車站，40分鐘到機場
非常滿意，房間整潔，空間大，床舒服。且部份房間有小廚房，提供廚具，方便煮食。在生活水平高的慕尼黑，此酒店非常超值。員工細心解答旅客的問題，沿路走向瑪麗恩廣場，四周食店已有很多，其實自成一個酒店小社區，附近有motel one、Hilton及Holiday Inn。雖然沒有空調，但夏天的慕尼黑，一早一晚非常清涼，晚上要蓋被子，問題不大。

The room is clean and nett. The staffs are friendly. The location isn't right in the center but just a few stops from main train station, and the surrounding is comfortable. The breakfast is good.

雖然離市中心要步行約二十分鐘，但飯店很舒適乾淨，飯店人員很親切，若浴室排水孔堵塞的問題能解決會更棒。

It’s a nice hotel with small kitchen and that’s very convenient for a longer stay. Beds are very convenient and the hotel is very clean. Staff are amazing and a good breakfast. They do need to do some renovations but I saw they are starting with it. Location is perfect and the hotel is reqlly great for the money we paid.

Guten Tag,vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung.Sie haben vollkommen recht, wir renovieren seit Anfang Februar für unsere Gäste, insofern kommt es tagsüber zu Lärmbelästigungen. Wie haben dies bereits Ende 2023 als Gästeinformation auf allen Online Buchungsportalen hinterlegt und präventiv unsere Preise mit verschiedenen Discountoptionen gesenkt. Die Umbauarbeiten in den einzelnen Zimmern sind vsl. Ende August 2024 beendet und wir freuen uns sehr, danach ein weiteres tolles Zimmerprodukt anbieten zu können.Ihr Team vom Living Hotel

Ich musste das Zimmer wechseln, im ersten war ein Teil der Bett Umrandung verschlissen und dies machte einen schmuddeligen Eindruck. Die Lage ist mässig, nichts in der Nähe.

Great hotel for the price. The room was quiet and clean. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel was located closely to the Deutschen Museum and public transportation was readily accessible.

Qualità/Prezzo straordinario
È la quinta volta che soggiorno in questo albergo. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Il centro storico è raggiungibile a piedi in 15 minuti circa. Difficoltà a parcheggiare la propria auto ma eventualmente l'hotel dispone di parcheggio sotterraneo a pagamento. La camera e il bagno sono spaziosi e puliti. La zona è tranquilla. Raccomandabile assolutamente.

This was a great place to stay. One important thing is that you cannot control the heat/aircon in your room. The first 2 nights were a little warm but then the weather got colder and it was comfortable. I was there the first week of October- I don’t know how much hotter the room would have been in the summer. The water is hot, there was a kettle for making tea or coffee or hot cocoa, a microwave, fridge, freezer. There was places to store your clothes and luggage, places to sit (other than the bed), tables and counters to place your belongings. Plugs are on both sides of the bed.

Bra frukost med bra utbud av olika rätter. 5 min till fots till S-Bahnstationen Rosenheimer Platz. S-8 direkt till flygplatsen och 2 stationer från Marienplatz. En bra italienskt restaurang i källaren. Dock ingen städning på söndagar men inga problem att få nya handdukar.
