Sehr geräumige und gut zu befahrende Tiefgaragenplätze für einen fairen Preis. Schönes, gepflegtes Businesshotel, zu Fuß in ca. 5-10 min vom Münchner Ostbahnhof zu erreichen. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Jederzeit würde ich da wieder logieren

Great
Great hotel. Confused about the having to pay everything up front, even breakfast. One member of staff said it was fine to decide later, one member of staff was very rude to me when I hadnt. Room small but great. A kettle and some water would have been nice though... Overall the hotel was clean, all of the staff apart from one great and very accomodating and the breakfast very nice, comfy bed.

great location, clean rooms
a good business hotel with good room size and clean beds and clean shower, breakfast is fine, carpark is good but has to be paid extra. No fridge or kettle or tea making facilities in the room. Location is great. staffs at reception fast but can be nicer through!

Modern, clean rooms - no door bolts/peep holes
The hotel was super clean and modern. Facilities felt new and all worked very well. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly, and the location is great - far enough so you don't pay Old Town prices if you're there as a tourist, but extremely well connect so that you can be Marienplatz within 15 minutes of leaving the hotel. Just to be aware - I would not stay there as a solo traveler. There are no peepholes in the door, and no deadbolts/chains on the door. It's also impossible to tell from the inside if the door is actually locked. However the area and the hotel felt safe - I just personally wouldn't want stay there as a solo female traveler without these safety mechanisms. The room is quite small but this isn't uncommon in Europe and as it's all up to a great standard, no real complaints. However there is no coffee maker or kettle in the room which would have really made the room perfect. All in all I would recommend MotelOne, with the provisos above.

Easy to walk to some restaurants nearby and the S-Bahn was close for getting downtown and to Oktoberfest. Also loved the bar in the lobby specializing in Gin cocktails.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Der Morel One Standard ist verlässlich, gute Betten, saubere Zimmer. Es wäre gut, wenn die Badtüren abschließbar wären, da sie schlecht schließen.
